Disease Insights
Taranis SmartScout™ insights can help you
detect disease symptoms and overall crop health risk to drive in-season and
long term fungicide plans.
Here is a specific video example of searching for Tar Spot with Taranis Insights.
You can use the whole farm view in the insights tab to prioritize where the highest disease pressures are or where specific disease pressures are.
From here you can zoom in and click on the field that you would like to dig deeper into. You can also click on the field on the right hand side from the fields list.
HOW TO INTERPRET THE DISEASE INSIGHTS
- Total images with diseases found [machine calculated] through AI Tagging
- Pie chart of disease distribution relative to acres
- Select a bubble to begin in depth disease analysis and replant decision making with leaf level resolution images
- View all
locations or turn on view of specific disease analysis (select the green
eye by all species locations to turn all off and select a specific eye for
specific disease location)

PRO TIP: place a higher priority on fields with a higher percentage of
nutrient deficiency to quickly isolate correctable problems in a timely manner.
