How is Uptime Calculated?

The uptime percentage is based on the following calculation:


"Uptime" means the total period in minutes during which the Taranis applications are available for access and use during this period.


“Uptime Percentage” means Uptime expressed as a percentage, calculated in accordance with the following formula:   


Uptime Percentage = (X - Y)/X × 100


Where: 


X = Total number of minutes in the month


Y = Total number of minutes of unexpected system unavailability
