Taranis Web Application - UX improvements

Allowing users to better understand the field stand count insights by matching the stand count numbers in the bubbles to the histogram. The changes are reflected both in the web application and the CONNECT mobile app.

The dashboard sorting was enhanced to provide easier means for working with a large number of growers and/or fields.

Flight operation tools

  • IFS scheduling based on DTN - adding flight window flexibility for easier management, coupled with maturity per state calibration for crop growth stage model.

  • Capitan improvements - helping pilots organize the images for uploading, removing rigid validation for a smoother usage for large/complex field image capturing.

  • MapAtlas filtering enhancements - helping DSPs and operations an easier way to segment the flights, by adding multiple selection abilities, and additional ticket statuses.

Quality Control Tool

In order to increase the quality of our insight calculation, we have added automatic detection of row spacing in the field, using AI, as it appears in the images.

As the calculation is sensitive to that value, it’s critical to use the right row spacing, and the tool now enables it.
