API Overview

API Overview

Taranis SmartScout® is a software designed to facilitate the engagement between advisors and growers.

It provides ground truth with leaf-level precision and unmatched clarity.

Our submillimeter image resolution is so clear that growers and agronomists can distinguish between different insect damages, lesions, different nutrient deficiencies, weed species and more, without setting foot in the field.

Taranis API is an open architecture which allows us to collaborate with other on-farm partners.

With the Taranis API, you can develop apps that allow retailers, dealers, organizations, and partners to access and share the Taranis SmartScout information via any connected application. The Taranis API will provide your application the ability to securely pull field insights in JSON format and as a Shape-file. For examples and more information, take a look at API Examples.
