In order to reset your password, head to the Taranis Web App at <<dashboard.taranis.ag>>

Click Forgot your password and follow the prompts on the next page. 

If you are still having issues, in the bottom right hand corner, there is a chat box that is watched 24/7 to assist with your successful usage of the Taranis platform.

Here you can chat with an agent of the Taranis Customer Success Team directly and get your password reset.
