Invite a Grower to Connect in MyJohnDeere
Log Into MyJohnDeere
- Go to MyJohnDeere Operations Center.
- Sign in using your retail account credentials.
Navigate to the Connections Tab
- Click the “Setup” tab from the main menu.
- Scroll down and select "Team".
Invite the Grower
- Within the “Team” tab, click “Partners”.
- To add a connection, click the yellow “+Add” button
Set Access Permissions
- Select “Receive Access”.
- Enter the Grower’s email address linked to their MyJohnDeere account.
- Choose the appropriate access level.
- Default access is usually sufficient.
- You may also specify permissions to access field boundaries or other relevant data.
Send the Invitation
- Optional: Include a personalized message explaining the benefits of the connection.
- Click "Send Request".
Grower Accepts the Invitation
- The grower will receive an email or in-app notification about the connection request.

Accepting the Invitation to Connect
- Grower logs in to their MyJohnDeere account.
- Click the “Setup” tab from the main menu
- Select "Connections" to view pending invitations.
- Grower "Accepts" the connection and confirms the data-sharing permissions.
Data Flow Enabled
- Once the grower accepts the invitation, their MyJohnDeere account becomes officially connected.
- The retailer can now access the grower’s data based on the permissions granted during the setup.
- The retailer can view this data in the Operations Center under shared connections.
