Sharing Mission Recommendations on the Mobile App

Mission Recommendations are now available in the Taranis Mobile App, giving immediate access to mission insights and suggested actions while on the move. Built to close the gap between detection and decision, these recommendations highlight the top threats like disease, weed pressure, or nutrient deficiencies and connect them directly to field-specific guidance. Whether advising a grower or planning an application, it’s now possible to evaluate critical issues, review product suggestions, and take action in real time without needing to return to a desk. With the season in full swing and disease pressure climbing, this mobile upgrade ensures that recommendations are always in your pocket—right when and where they’re needed most.

To help you get started, the steps below walk through exactly how to find and use Mission Recommendations in the Mobile App—from accessing the most recent mission insight to reviewing and sharing field-specific recommendations powered by Ag Assistant. 

  1. Log in to the Taranis Mobile App using email and password credentials.

  1. Navigate to the appropriate client and grower from the homepage. A list of associated fields will appear. 

  1. Select the desired field to review. This will open the most recent insights available for that field.

  1. Tap the Recommendation pill to view the Ag Assistant Mission Recommendation, which appears for the most recent mission flown. Previously saved recommendations will also be visible in this view.   

  1. The recommendation can be saved and shared as-is or customized as needed. To make edits, tap into the text field and adjust the content before saving. 

  1. Save any changes by selecting the green checkmark in the top right corner, then tapping Save.

  1. Share the recommendation by selecting the Share icon in the top right corner. Recommendations can be sent via text or email to growers, teammates, or other advisors.

  1. From the Field Profile, view previously made recommendations or create new ones for earlier missions. To add a new recommendation, tap the plus (+) button in the bottom right corner. A list of all flown missions will appear. Select the desired mission and enter the recommendation.

  1. To Save the recommendation, tap the checkmark in the top right corner and select Save. Once saved, the recommendation can be shared via text or email
